When using product.
kht horseworld` |'s hobbyhorses are not recommended for young children. These hobby horses are hobby equipment that are treated with respect. I do not take responsibility for injuries by young children.
Shadows and flea bitten.
It is recommended that kht horseworlds hobbyhorses dont get wet or damp. This can result in shadows, flea bidtten horses can be washed away, weakened or destroyed.
Shadows on kht horseworlds hobbyhorses do not last forever. These go away in 6-12 months.
Shipping
the product is sent with PostNord. For purchases over 134£, shipping is free . The product will be shipped no later than 7 days after payment. Once the product is shipped, it will take up to 5 business days before you receive it ( in denmark ). You can also choose to pick up the product in lendum, Denmark. When you receive your package, I have nothing to do with the product
Return
Orders cannot be returned. I will send a picture of the finished order when I have sewn it, and if you are not happy with it, then you do not need to buy it. This must be said before payment. I have the right to sell the ordered product to another if the designer of the product is not satisfied. I do not take responsibility for lost packages
Complaint
If you experience defects in the product, please contact me via email.
Payment
Payment is made via Paypal, If no payment has been made for the product within 7 days from the time I have sent the pictures with the finished product, I have the rights to sell the product to someone else.
